Earn your screen time.
ExcerLock locks the apps you choose until you move. Take the walk, get to the gym, finish the run, and the apps open for the rest of the day.

How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- Pick the apps to lock Choose apps and whole categories in Apple's own Screen Time picker. ExcerLock never sees which ones you picked.
- Set a condition A walk, a gym visit, a run, a ride, or minutes on the treadmill, on the days and hours you choose.
- Move to unlock Meet the condition and the apps open for the rest of the day. Miss it and they stay shut until tomorrow's window.
What counts
Whatever way you actually train.
- Walking Live walking sessions outside, or a step or minute goal for the day.
- Gym visit Arriving at your saved gym, or a target number of minutes there.
- Treadmill A short camera check confirms the treadmill, then your minutes count.
- Run or ride Minutes or distance from workouts your iPhone already records in Apple Health.
Built to stay out of the way
Most of what ExcerLock knows never leaves your iPhone.
- Your app selection is an opaque Apple token. No app names, ever.
- Your gym's location and every visit to it stay on the device.
- Treadmill camera frames are checked on the phone and never recorded or sent.
- Analytics are on a switch you can turn off in Settings.
The privacy policy lists every piece of data that does leave the phone, and why.
